1999-P Susan B. Anthony Gem Proof Dollar having mirrored fields and frosty devices on both the obverse and the reverse necessary for a Deep Cameo (DCAM) designation. Very interesting in that Proof coins are nearly always struck only at the San Franciso Mint facility and thus carry the 'S' mint mark. However, this coin is one of the only time in U.S. coinage history that a Proof coin carries the 'P' mint mark for Philadelphia.
