Five coin set where the coins will have DEEP CAMEO contrast. Major improvements were made in 1986-S and this is the first year where Proof Sets tend to have pretty much haze-free and toning free beauties. Additionally, this was the first year since the 1965 Special Mint Set that the US Mint included a Certificate of Authenticity with the set.
