Coins are generally Brilliant Gem Proofs being pretty much toning-free and spot-free although they may have a touch of Proof haze which is quite common with the older Proof coins. The original outside manilla flat pack and COA and/or cardboard inserts are included (provided this was a year where such items were issued). The Proof Lincoln Cent in this set is the more difficult to find 1960 Small Date Variety.
