Choice Brilliant Uncirculated or better mostly RED Lincoln Cent that is a great example of the rare Small Date or Level '7' variety. Under 21x magnification, flecking to Red & Brown becomes more evident than is visible to the naked eye where about the only RB area unaided is the area on the reverse around the 'PL' in 'PLURIBUS'.
