Nice lustrous, pretty much toning-free Uncirculated to Brilliant Uncirculated coin that is the tough to find Wide Rim or Near Date variety. The coin will have too many non-discreet bag marks to prevent the coin from grading BU or better, and as such, would be typical of a low end Mint State coin in the MS60 to MS62 range.
