Coins here should be pretty much toning-free Uncirculated to Brilliant Uncirculated coin taken from an original Brilliant Uncirculated bank roll but having distractions such as a flat strike or too many bag marks in key areas to preclude from grading higher than MS61/MS62. Overall eye appeal would be below average to average or unremarkable. |
