Heisey & Co. Winged Scroll Custard Toothpick Holder.Ivorina Verde; is the original color name. 2 1/4 inches tall, 2 inches wide at the top. In very good condition. No cracks or chips. The Winged Scroll has been painted Gold. There is some ware of the Gold. On the top rim, there are two small marks of gold, see photo, the paint ran into a couple of straw marks. This piece was not marked with the diamond H. Winged Scroll was also made in a smoking set that included a match holder, that is sometimes collected as a TPH. It is approximately the same size, but has straight sides. I also have the match and a ashtray, in green, listed in this pattern. c.1899-1900's |
