Pyrex gold spears coffee carafe - funky!
This marked in gold Pyrex coffee carafe was all the rage in the late 1950s. This is most likely the 8 cup size. They were sold with candle warmers. As advertised this was the MODERN way to serve a warm cup of coffee. The Pyrex glassware used in it is durable and resistant to temparature, hot or cold. Pyrex narrow 8 oz nursing bottle w/sleeve
Here is a great retro item! It's an 8 oz clear glass narrow neck nursing bottle from Pyrex. What is special about this item is that it comes in its original advertising container. The blue and orange striped paper sleeve is in excellent condition and the glass bottle appears never used. What really cracked me up about this original paper advertising sleeve was the ad copy used on it: Boil me.Chill me. See if I care! LOL. I loved it. You will too. A great display piece for a nursery or add it to your Pyrex collection today. It is shown on page 42 of the Mauzy book, 3rd edition.

Pyrex Art Deco 4 C. server and warmer
Shown on page 38 of the book entitled Pyrex by Corning, A Collector's Guide as figure 127, this 4 cup Pyrex beverage servers features a very Art Deco black plastic handle well-riveted to the chrome ring which holds the gorgeous glass server. It stands 6 1/2 inches high to the top of the finial. The lid is also a great example of Art Deco styling with its stepped finial, which locks into place into the bottom. The bottom glass container has in white numbers on the bottom 84 and 66 and in large white letters PYREX. According to authors Rogove and Steinhauer, this style is most likely from the thirties and pre-dates the very popular and successful Flameware which could be used on a direct flame.
I am including with this item a very very cool warming stand made by Pyrex which could have been sold along with the beverage server. It measures a little over 6 inches square and stands 1 1/2 inches high. It has a black plastic handle and a textured glass top over the heating unit. It carries model number 5612-EW, the PYREX name along with the words WARMING TRAY, Corning Glass Works, Corning NY. Watts 120, Volts 115 AC. Most importantly, it carries patent number 2,563,878. The original four black rubber feet are there and intact. It appears to be unused. The original cord and plug are present though I would have it rewired for modern use.
Buy it and use it for a retro Art Deco evening soiree. Think good Vermont Green Mountain Coffee in a funky server for your dinner guests! Fabulous!!

Pyrex 6 C. carafe w/ GF warming stand
This Pyrex 6 cup coffee carafe was standard issue in many a late 1950 and 1960s kitchen. This was the era when coffee was made in a perculator and then brought to the table in a warming vessel such as this very funky star-studded carafe. It stands 8 1/2 inches tall and features a black plastic handle and black plastic recessed lid. The collar band is brass and has a little wear on it but is still ready to go.
What is neat about this item is the General Foods kitchen warming stand with the original paperwork and candle. The warming stand is 3 1/2 inches tall. The coffee carafe rests down in it right over the candle to keep your java hot! The stand is vintage and in very good condition. What a neat pair of items. Grind up some beans and pull out the Eames era mugs and drink up!

Pyrex Black Snowflake 1 1/2 qt casserole
Part of the Pyrex Black Snowflake line which debuted in 1957 according to Mauzy's Pyrex book on page 131, this casserole is in the harder to find Charcoal color. The Snowflake pattern was also made with white Snowflakes on blue. the bottom of the casserole stands about two inches tall. It is marked #28. The divided clear glass cover is original but the covers were interchangeable it seems. The black paint is in excellent condition on this one. A great funky and collectibles 1950s pattern by Pyrex.

This Pyrex 501-B yellow storage jar holds 1 1/2 C. It has the redesigned clear glass top which unlike the original ribbed top does not have a number of it. It is signed Pyrex and 501-C. The yellow is lighter than the older original sets.
