Great blue and gold barware ice bowl What a great addition to your barware collection or bar! This ice bowl or ice tub is American made glass, most likely from the 1950s or early 1960s when it was quite popular to screen gold stylized decoration onto glass items. Cobalt blue squares are separated by gold bars. Each blue square has a stylized gold sun inside. It is a great looking piece with a gold rim. It is gently used but ready to serve many more years in your home. It stands 4 3/4 inches tall and is 5 3/4 inches across the top. Time to make some ice and break out the cocktail recipes!

Royal Haeger #107 boomerang ashtray Measuring 10 1/4 inches from one tip of the boomerang to the other, this Royal Haeger #107 has a classic Mid-Century or Googie shape: the boomerang. It is in the lavander Agate glaze. It has five rests. There is some nicotine staining on the piece but not structural damage such as chips, cracks, flakes. I will leave it to the new owner to soak the stains off.
Excellent condition overall. It look stunning on a Noguchi coffee table or perhaps even a Danish Modern or Heywood-Wakefield blond piece.

Deco era 12 recipe Cocktail mixing glass Without the right metal top, this is just a mixing glass, but if you have the exact top, it is a great Art Deco era cocktail shaker. It stands 8 1/4 inches tall and is silk-screened in white, black, red, orange and green. Pure Art Deco graphics of martini glasses and cocktail shakers in black and white form the top band. Three bands of four drink recipes go around the glass horizontally. Probably made by either Hazel-Atlas or Anchor Hocking, definitely made by an American glass company.

In red: Vodka Collins, Old Fashioned, On the Rocks, Whiskey Sour

In orange: Bloody Mary, Manhattan, Tom Collins, Martini

In green: Gin & Tonic, Hiball, Daiquiri, Bacardi.

Hey, who needs a Drinkmaster guide if you can have your recipes on hand! No damage. A great conversation piece for your rec room or sideboard or your living room Eames era bar!

3072
Bitossi Raymor Italy covered cigarette box Measuring 8 inches long x 4 inches wide, this great example of the Raymor line is not fully marked but has enough information on it one can figure out the rest. It has remnants of the original black and yellow Raymor label which would have carried the 5564 number and the initials BIT. One can always tell the Bitossi items by the way the I and T are conjoined in the word ITALY.This was made by the well-known and highly respected Italian firm of Bitossi. Marked on the bottom in black ink is 5564 Italy. The covered cigarette box is extremely heavy. It has a smooth bright orange glaze on it allover, inside and outside. The top features a central motif of a circular crest done in a chocolate brown. As with most of the Bitossi heavy covered cigarette boxes one finds, this one has a few small chips to 2 of the inside corners of the box. However, the lid is in perfect shape, which is hard to find. It still has its original four felt protective pads on each corner of the bottom.

This color of orange was used by Haeger as well as Blenko in glass. It certainly would stand out on a Noguchi glass table or a Paul McCobb blond coffee table. Use it for trinkets, keys and put some bonbons in it. A very versatile piece.

. A very good Mid Century piece of Italian pottery made for the American market! Add it to your cigarette or Mid-century pottery collection today!

Bitossi Londi Italy covered cigarette box Bitossi Londi Raymor 8 inch long x 4 inch wide Rimini Blue Bitossi green/blue covered cigarette box, with original circular paper label stating Made in Italy, signed Italy 955 in black ink. One can always tell the Bitossi items by the way the I and T are conjoined in the word ITALY.This was made by the well-known and highly respected Italian firm of Bitossi.

This covered cigarette box is extremely heavy. It has a textured Londi Rimini blue surface onthe outside bottom and a hand-tooled surface decorated with what I call the Raindrop pattern, rows of indentations which give it depth and texture. As with most of the Bitossi heavy covered cigarette boxes one finds, this one has a few small chips to 2 of the inside corners of the box (see photos) . However, the lid is in perfect shape, which is hard to find.

3852
Royal Haeger 1836 Jewel Tone 10" ashbowl This Royal Haeger 1836 Jewel Tone 10' 'ashbowl' is a beauty. The 'Jewel Tone' glaze shown on this piece can be seen as early as 1958 in the company catalogs. Later called Ebony/Jewel Tone, this type of glaze was also produced by the Italian ceramicists who produced items for the Raymor line imported into this country around the same time.

The glaze was created by placing pieces of real glass on the matte black glaze and firing it together. The melting glass fused with the matte glaze, producing a beautiful effect which looks like crystals are included in the piece. It is stunning!

This piece has one tiny flake on one of the raised feet on the bottom. It does not detract from the piece in my opinion.
