This 5 1/4' tall Loetz vase in the classic combo of green oilspotting over green glass was the same as the line designed by English designer Christopher Dresser in the Art Nouveau period. I have a vase in my collection with this same coloration which matches the one I saw in person which was bought from Adolph Bing's Paris shop and donated to the Paris Decorative Arts Museum in 1905. Six lobes and a polished pontil base make this a great piece of Bohemian art glass. Excellent condition. Add it to your art glass or Loetz collection today. |
