Without the right metal top, this is just a mixing glass, but if you have the exact top, it is a great Art Deco era cocktail shaker. It stands 8 1/4 inches tall and is silk-screened in white, black, red, orange and green. Pure Art Deco graphics of martini glasses and cocktail shakers in black and white form the top band. Three bands of four drink recipes go around the glass horizontally. Probably made by either Hazel-Atlas or Anchor Hocking, definitely made by an American glass company.
In red: Vodka Collins, Old Fashioned, On the Rocks, Whiskey Sour
In orange: Bloody Mary, Manhattan, Tom Collins, Martini
In green: Gin & Tonic, Hiball, Daiquiri, Bacardi.
