Manufacturer: unknown This 7 inch diameter enamel on copper plate features a Tischler like background done in tones of gold and off white which serve as a background for the 13 jewels on the plate. It is unusual for the jewels to be so different on the designs I have seen. They are all more or less the same size which gives them a certain unified look. The plate is counter-enameled in a dark green black color. The Words Gee Vee are the signature. The plate has three felt pads to protect the surface upon which it sits. It is in very good condition and a good example of the enamel work done in the Mid-Century time period.
