Manufacturer: Franciscan This fun and funky breakfast set was made by the Franciscan China Company of California most likely in the late 1950s or 1960s. It is composed of a 7 3/8 inch long by 5 1/2 inch wide tab handled set upon which sits two lidded containers, one in daffodil yellow and one in deep forest green glaze. Both the tray and yellow covered container are signed with the standard blue ink FRANCISCAN Made in California mark along with the number 13 on the tray and a number on the yellow container but it is hard to decipher. All parts of the set are in excellent shape. Perhaps it was for toast and jam, who knows.
