Done by Lincoln Vermont potter Marcy Mayforth, this circa 1994 blue / purple Tulips 3 7/8 inch tall handled mug is glazed in a white glossy glaze inside. The design is done in the sgraffito technique, then filled in as in an enamel piece. There are three blue and purplish blue tulips blossoms on the piece.
