From the late 1940's or 1950's, a Cedar Trinket or Dreser Box with Copper Strapping by Donald F Duncan Wood Novelties Chicago (signed). It's clean and in original condition- no polishing so the copper has patina and the varnish has a lttle bit of spidering. This Box is approx. 8 1/2" long X 5 1/2" wide X 4 1/4" high. It has great presence and would look wondlerful with Mission designs.
