Manufacturer: purinton pottery slipware
This is really a favotite of mine. I love these Canisters. This is made by Pruinton Pottery and has the hand painted Apple and Pear design. The only thing that I could find is a tight hairline/or crazing line in the back (see second photo). It is glazed and smooth and does not create any problems to the piece. No other chips or cracks noted- not even on the Lid! I used all of my Puriton patterns- Apple, Normandy Plaid and Heather Plaid- together and they looked wonderful combined. Priced accordingly at
