This iconic 1970s pattern is the "Spring Blossom Green" pattern which made its debut in 1972 and was designed by Sara Balbach.
The elements of the design are highly stylized in a band around the cup: abstract small white flowers with green centers, green flowers with white centers, solid green dots, and green outlined white leaves.
